It takes a lot of testing to come up with good tea blends. The family gets a little skittish when they hear the phrase 'try this'. But their pain in having to try my rather regrettable decision to try blending matcha and blue green alga, as well as my foray into yaupon teas, is your win. 

Only the best blends with the richest natural flavors make the cut to be a named blend. 

I'm still trying to figure out how to make yaupon palatable, they are so bitter, bleah.
